Olde Uptown Townhouses-Harrisburg, PA

Olde Uptown Townhouses- Located in the heart of Harrisburg, Olde Uptown Townhouses is part of an ongoing project to improve the city.  We had lot of tasks to complete with not much room to work.  The first phase of the project consisted of a twelve unit townhouse complex.  Restuccia Excavating, Inc. completed only the site work for phase 1.  Phase II consisted of two more townhouse buildings, each consisting of two units.  Our company was awarded both the excavation and concrete contracts for phase II.  The scope included excavation, stoning floors and sidewalks, storm water inlets and piping, concrete floors, sidewalks, footings, etc.  Additional projects around the area were completed by Restuccia Excavating, Inc. including a new community parking lot and several areas of concrete sidewalk replacement.
